Core Components and Manufacturing Standards
Refrigeration Compressor System
Lynxcool selects refrigeration compressor systems according to project requirements, using semi-hermetic screw compressors or reciprocating compressors from Bitzer, Copeland, or GEA. The systems are compatible with R507A and environmentally friendly R744 (CO₂) refrigerants.
Evaporators are manufactured with internally grooved copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum fins. Heat transfer areas are designed based on the temperature difference between evaporating temperature and cold room temperature, typically 6°C to 8°C. Airflow distribution is optimized through CFD simulation, maintaining temperature uniformity inside the freezing chamber within ±1.5°C.
Insulated Freezer Room Structure
The freezer enclosure uses high-pressure foamed polyurethane panels formed in one piece. The insulation core density is ≥40 kg/m³, with 100 mm or 150 mm thickness options available.
Both inner and outer surfaces are made of SUS304 brushed stainless steel panels with a thickness of ≥0.8 mm. Panels are connected with eccentric locking systems combined with rubber sealing strips. The structure incorporates thermal break design to reduce cold bridge effects and improve insulation performance.
Conveyor System and Food Contact Materials
All conveyor belts, support frames, and product contact components are manufactured from SUS304 stainless steel to meet food processing requirements.
Chains and transmission components support food-grade lubrication. Conveyor speed is continuously adjustable through a variable frequency drive, allowing operators to optimize product residence time according to freezing requirements.
Control System and Data Management
The control system adopts Siemens S7-1200 PLC or equivalent industrial control systems with a touchscreen HMI interface.
