Refrigeration Compressor System

Lynxcool selects refrigeration compressor systems according to project requirements, using semi-hermetic screw compressors or reciprocating compressors from Bitzer, Copeland, or GEA. The systems are compatible with R507A and environmentally friendly R744 (CO₂) refrigerants.

Evaporators are manufactured with internally grooved copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum fins. Heat transfer areas are designed based on the temperature difference between evaporating temperature and cold room temperature, typically 6°C to 8°C. Airflow distribution is optimized through CFD simulation, maintaining temperature uniformity inside the freezing chamber within ±1.5°C.

Insulated Freezer Room Structure

The freezer enclosure uses high-pressure foamed polyurethane panels formed in one piece. The insulation core density is ≥40 kg/m³, with 100 mm or 150 mm thickness options available.
