Each unit runs on our test bench for four hours before crating — we test oil pressure differential, superheat, discharge temp, and amp draw under simulated load. You get a test report with every shipment. If something fails in the first year, we cover the replacement part and tech support. No hidden fees.
For engineering companies and cold storage EPCs: we provide CAD drawings, electrical wiring diagrams, and 3D models on request — so you can integrate our units into your rack layout before you order. No back-and-forth emails chasing documentation.
Single-stage compresses refrigerant once in a single cylinder bank. It's suitable for evaporating temperatures from about -15°C to +10°C. Used in most walk-in coolers, process chillers, and air conditioning applications. Two-stage compresses refrigerant in the first bank, then sends it to a second bank for further compression after intercooling. This allows evaporating temperatures down to -45°C without excessive discharge temperatures or efficiency loss. Two-stage units cost more upfront but save 15–25% power in low-temp applications compared to a single-stage running at the same suction pressure.
Yes. We build with standard mounting footprints, suction/discharge connection sizes, and motor frame dimensions. Replacement takes about the same time as swapping a failed European unit. We can also supply oil pump adapters and electrical connector kits if your existing wiring needs matching. No MOQ for standard units. For custom voltage, special refrigerant (e.g., R290), or non-standard connections, we require a sample order of 2–5 units depending on configuration. Once we've built and tested your spec, we hold that setup for future orders — second batch ships faster.
With recommended maintenance (oil change every 3,000 running hours, valve plate inspection at 8,000 hours), we typically see 8–10 years of service life in supermarket and cold storage applications. Units running 24/7 in warm ambient conditions (above 40°C) need more frequent condenser cleaning and oil monitoring — we provide a maintenance checklist with every shipment.
